Business plans can comprise a variety of considerations including strategy documents, budgets, cash flow forecasts, profit and loss, balance sheets and key performance indicators.
Our service
As part of our Consultancy and Strategic Planning service we can:
- Produce business plans – to help raise finance for the business.
- Identify sources of funding – capital finance in the early stages and then through other stages of the business cycle may be necesssary. We can work with you to identify additional sources of finance.
- Compile budgets, cash flow forecasts, profit and loss, balance sheets and key performance indicators, multiple year profit and loss projections.
- Monitor if the plan is being delivered against forecast projections – we can assist with this. Achieving steady growth is important to the long term success of the business.
