Sometimes, resources can’t always keep pace with demand and growth. If you need to outsource some of your work, our sub-contracting service offers a proactive and cost-effective solution. We offer this essential service to supplement your own resources and expertise, working in partnership with you to offer a great service to your clients.
Our service
As part of our subcontracting work we can:
- Increase your capacity – in line with your instructions we’ll prepare financial statements, VAT returns, corporation and personal tax returns.
- Perform client work for you – we take on client accounts on your behalf, so that you can keep your existing customers happy and are not turning business away. It’s convenient and straightforward, it means you won’t have the ongoing expense of employing extra people, and lets you spend more time concentrating on your clients and your business. Your clients remain your clients. We have no contact with them and simply process the information and pass the completed work on to you.
- Undertake booking services – you will continue to deal directly with your clients regarding their bookkeeping and we will invoice you for the services we provide on a subcontract basis. Our part in this is to undertake all the bookkeeping processes for you up to trial balance and provide you or your client, in line with your instructions with a list of queries or issues that need to be resolved with the client and we then bill you for our time. This enables you to still retain an income from providing bookkeeping services to your clients but without the hassle and resource of doing this all yourself.
